Adding a template to a webpage

I have been in the middle of building a webiste but would like to know if it is possible to upload/ insert,etc a ready made template to a page within the website? I am new at this and maybe this is a foolish question,but would apperciate any help.thanks!

I should have been clearer in my question,as I am speaking of a ready made template package that is already complete (purchase outside the BlueVoda) that could be (uploaded,inserted,however,etc ) used in a web page that I am building.Again Thank you very much for your help.

Yes, I do believe it is the same....

Just insert the template as an image ... open a new blank page, insert image, choose the template and away you go ....

what file extension does the template have, I should ask that ....
