Publishing a new site as an addon

I have added another domain as an addon domain to my first site. When trying to publish second site in the folder to publish into after: public_html/ I put in my origianl domain name and then hit the publish button
I get the following ERROR:550 Can't change directory to public_html/repairmydna: No such file or directory.
Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong? Thanks

If you have successfully added another domain to your website ... you publish to public_html/nameof2nddomain .... and again your first page should be called index and should be placed in its own folder on your own computer as well as in your file manager (this folder would be created while successfully adding an add on domain)
