    Stop Browser Caching

    Domain name "cherokeeon12thave.com"
    ID 7696

I just got around to copying this info to my pages and on one of them, the phrase "META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache" now appears at the top of the page after publishing. How do I remove it. Thanks

Looks like you might have put that inside the body - right click on that page and look at where that's inserted -

      Hi
You have missed the small arrow < off the front of the statement,Every thing inside the arrows should not be displayed as it is part of the program.
Re copy the statement or just modify the original by going to PAGE HTML and clicking on the headings until you find the statement then correct it.

      Hope this helps

The META insetion didn't seem to work for me.

I read this caching article http://www.mnot.net/cache_docs/

This article recommends - perhaps someone could be kind enough to explain
          Cache-Control: public, no-cache
[Perhaps there are several alternatives and it depends on a particular server ...I just want to make sense of that's all]

Would someone please tell me how to start a NEW post? I do not use this forum often and can't find the method. Thanks
