I discovered this quite by accident but it is saving me a tremendous amount of time.
Select all of the text in your WORD doc.
Copy it
Open a text box in BV and insert the copied text.
Enlarge the text box to a size that would make your document look good if it hadn't lost its formatting.
Select all (Ctrl A) of the text in the box and DELETE it.
Do not delete the text box...just the text inside
Paste (Ctrl V) the text again. It will still be on your clipboard
Like magic...the text is in its original format.
