    Backing up an E-Store!

How do I go about backing up my store. Do I just use the backup function within Cpanel which will backup my database or is there something else i must do. If my store became corrupt for whatever reason would i just have to load the backup and then all my products etc will be in store as if nothing ever happened? This probably has been talked about before but i can't find anything on this and my brain is more like a lump of green jelly today! TIA

Aloha, I have backed my files on a CD. This way in case the BV is corrupt, I still have files on everything.

I also have an external back-up. It's a good practice with everything of important on your computer and website.
