Help wanted for Embedded OLE Object posting

Can someone please help me with this.

I'm wanting to cut and paste from microsoft "word' and their "works" spreadsheets.

I have figured out that to add something from one of these programs you have to click on "INSERT" > "ADVANCED" > EMBEDDED OLE OBJECT - This I have done.

The problem is that I end up with what I have have pasted is on a pink background.

Can someone please tell me how I can change the background to black?

If you have Works, you should COPY to PUBLISHER, and simply re-save it as a JPG. You can Format the background any way you desire in both Word or Publisher. Crop it, size it, whatever.....you will have the exact representation you desire.

If that fails (or if you do not have PUBLISHER), simply make a screenshot of your spreadsheet (press Control and Print Screen keys at the same time), and paste it into Paint! (Control + "V"), SAVE AS (give it a title) a JPG, and then turn around and crop it with whatever editor you have on board.
