Losing responses

I earlier posted a question about a problem publishing my site. I received a response that asked me to provide further information but can not find it and it seems to have been deleted.

I therefore resposted stating this and providing the domain name information that I forgot the first time.

This was deleted as a copy. Therefore can you tell me how to find my original post ?
