Can't Find A File

Hello! I successfully upgraded to the newest version of Blue Voda, but when I go into my FTP manager, the "zip files" file for downloads seems to be missing now (the righthand column, under public_html). The downloads are still working, but the file is not viewable. It's probably dirty eyeglasses, but do you have any suggestions?

I am also unable to create a new sub folder in the ftp manager, along with not being able to locate my zip_files folder

Hi Steven! No, not yet. It's a mystery! Files can still be downloaded, but the location of the foler in ftp is nowhere to be found! Still scratching my head! It's probably one of those things that are right in front of my nose, but it's still not where I left it.
I'll let you know!
