linking pages

I have had this web site for over a year now and have issues with two pages that will not link
I have redone both pages from scratch, I have formated the same as all the other pages and they just will not link
I am in the correct ftp address (as I have a nother site as well) with correct username and P/W
www.maxwell-j.ca I just cant get journal 4 and mr gay vancouver page to take...

your other link is working but is a blank page apart from the background color.
