Hi,
my url is www.thebounteousbasket.com
I am just starting out with vh today and have messed up already by signing up with my existing url. I have to rebuild before I can do a transfer, redirect or dns change. I downloaded soho with my existing domain. uhoh!! Now I can't get access to either builder...anyway I don't think I can.

Is there a way to remove my domain from soho & regain access to my old builder as well?

Hi Lorena, It might be best if you put in a support ticket outlining exactly what happened, and what you wish to be done.

Its posible that support can reset your account for you.

LOL Lorena, You have a new name, too!

Yes, I think you need to put in a support ticket. Make sure that they don't change the nameservers on your original name - and you'll need a new domain name to build with - as Karen was explaining in the other forum -

But you shouldn't have lost any of the backend to the current store by any of this. However, if the nameservers get changed, the current store could end up off the internet entirely - which is what you don't want.

Yeah, It's really my legal name...you'll see it on my live site! I am anxious to get moved asap. Will check into the nam server thing on Wed. gotta sleep now. Thanks for all your help!
