second website

I understand how to set up another folder for a second website, what i want to know is do you need to use the registered domain for the second site or can i register another domain and set it up on my account.
so would i just create another folder inside public_html called second_site then create that site, then register the domain? or use the domain i already have with the extension? www.mydomain.com/second_site

Just purchase a new domain, point the dns to your VH server (see your welcome email for instructions) and add it as an Add On Domain in your Cpanel. A folder will be created for it in your public_html folder and you publish to that folder.

When I go to publish my second website, it's FTP address (server IP) is not available in the drop down menu. Any suggestions?

ok, did you purchase a separate hosting account for this? That would be why that could happen. Simply re-download Blue Voda and all the IP's will be there :)
