i picked up this little line of code tonight, but i am having trouble making it work. the intent is to include the header and navbar in select pages. so i added the code and nothing happened. the page still works, but it didn't include the index.html

does this code go in the head or body, or somewhere else. i tried it in several places and it didn't work anywhere i tried. but for future reference, where does it go.
I took the file out of the public_html folder and modified it on my desktop, how do you modify it in the website builder if you want to add a line of code manually?
