new website worrys

Hi i have just created an account and when i go to my web site i have two folders, 1, parent dir and 2, cgi bin, is this normal or have i done something wrong.
My domain name is www.hyperionhotel.com and my user id is rpgnjoob.
sorry for asking but this is my first ever site so im new to all this.

and did you name it index, with all lowercase letters?

yes maybe the site hasnt been set up yet, it's only been about 34 hours since i paid for the site

Tell me the steps exactly you sent through to publish

I clicked the publish button after making the site, Then went through the payment part, made payment and got an e-mail saying my site was going to be online shortly
