When ever I try to upload a page from the Blue Voda Website Builder it gives me a not responding when I press ctrl+alt+delete. Can someone please help me? I'm new to this and I just need to get a steady direction on the heads up. Thanks again to whom ever can help.

I had a similar problem. I had to disable Norton anti-virus to fix it.

Are you getting any error message? is your firewall or antivirus blocking BV?
