I have a problem with the content of my page not displaying properly when you minimize the browser. but when it's maximized, it looks perfect. does anyone know what i am missing to make the content resize itself. i have the content in a <div> tag

i am using many programs to creat my page. i am also using blue voda and i am mainly editing the code by hand, using various tutorials around the web and from this site.
