Meta Tag Changes

Can someone please tell me how to CHANGE the existing meta tags. I am trying to change the title on my index page www.discounthealthnetwork.com and although I have been able to add the title that I want, I can't seem to remove the Untitled Page title that is showing first.

I looked for a video tutorial and I saw this one How to set up your page properties - MUST WATCH which says it will tell you about meta tags, but when I click on it, it shows a red x and there is nothing there for me to watch.

Please advise

Right click on the page - anywhere in blank space - and you can then select Page Properties - and from there you have many things you can do - including your page title and meta tags.

You can also navigate there by clicking on "view" on the top row - and selecting properties.
