Error 550

Hello,
I am trying to update my site. I changed the page and published it and it did not update it. I saved the page "as" and overwrote the old one. Tried publishing to index_html and got the 550 error. Then pulished to public_html, error 550 again. And I washed the temp files.

Hi.
Ok I DL'd the new BV builder, unzipped and installed. Turned off the firewall, and it says password is wrong. I did change the PW awhile back, but I tried the old and new and neither one works.
