    New Customer with a problem...oops

    Hello,
    I signed up earlier today and paid thru Paypal. I signed up for hosting and a domain name.
    After my paypal confirmed, I messed up with my browser and now have no clue
    on where to begin, what my account is, or anything. I have not received a welcome email from Blue Voda either. I did email the contact support but I have had no reply.

    I have my paypal confirmation number if needed. When I did sign up, I gave a sign in name and password that is not the same as what I use here on the forum.

    Please advise a goofy girl....

    The welcome email you receive when you first sign up is fully automated. If you have not received anything yet, this could only mean one of two things.

    1) You entered the wrong email address
    2) Your spam filter or junk / bulk mail folder has intercepted our emails.

    Please open a new support ticket.
