Uploading Web Pages

I just recently changed to a newer computer with Vista OS and also copied over all of the BlueVoda files and have made changes and uploaded to the server updates to me web site.
Recently, I have tired to upload updated changes and they show successfully updated, but when visit web site the updated material does not show and I've checked this from more than one computer.
Please advise if there is a problem with uploading updated pages or is there an issue using Vista.

Please check out the News and Updates Forum as three servers have recently been upgraded and the IP addresses have changed. There are full instructions included in the relevant threads entitled: Voda 2; Voda 6 and Voda 7 - Service Notices.

Thanks for the comment on server's changes. I looked at the info but did not see the server 70.84.18.242 that I have been uploading too.
any additional advice on this will be helpful.
