How do I get my username & password for FTP?

Hello one and all.

My Bluevoda FTP was working fine till I upgraded to bluevoda 9.0, now my username and pasword field are blank. Since I NEVER changed them from receiving my login data. HOW DO I GET THIS INFORMATION so I can keep publishing my pages?
