    music files question

I would like my website to play a music file when the index page opens.....but on another page i would like a different music file to play. I would like both to play automatically whenever the page is reached without the user clicking on anything to start the file....a little background music if you like. How do i do this....anyone know? Re: music files question

Hi. You can add music in a few ways. But music files are large & should be reduced as much as possible. Here’s a freebie that works well for getting the file sizes down.
This is probably not the page you’re looking for. Sorry about that.

Once you have the size down a bit, upload your music files to the server, then click on windows media player in BV & add the url of the music file. Also tick auto start & hide.

Wouldn’t recommend having the music on the front page. You will have everyone leaving with the amount of time that it takes the page to load.

Another way that looks like this http://www.collectors-info.com/testing/clapton.html
If you like, then go to a site like this for a player http://www.myspacetotal.com/flashmp3player

    Good luck.
    Regards Chris.
