Video links on Blue Voda

I have a video tape that I converted into a .mwav. Problem is now it is a 360 MG file that won't fit into my site. Does anyone have any ideas on how to either convert it to something usable or reduce the size to fit? I saw a post from General Vodahost about converting to "Flash", but didn't give any info on how. You'd need to convert it to another format, preferably flash, for it to play well for your visitors.

We've used Flash Video MX to convert it to a flash file (.flv) for easy, quick loading online.

I'm sure there are other tools that will accomplish the same thing, but these are the ones I'm familiar with.

I am not on my own pc at the moment so cannot check whether the above program will convert an mwav file. I think it will. If it doesn't - try http://download.com and search for a program to convert .mwav files to .flv files. That place is a mine of wonderful programs many of which are free or free to trial.

But I do strongly suggest you break down your video into 30 mb X 10.
