Big Pain-Navagation Bar Properties Problem

Hey
I'm running Win98 SE and the latest download of BlueVoda from download.com. Unlike the screenshots in the tutorial vids for Windows XP when i create and edit a new Navigation bar The styles appear in a different tab. Every time i try to click that tab the program tries to load the style drop down boxes, locks up, and causes an explorer error. I cant edit my site because of this. Any ideas whats going wrong? IVe tried reinstalling but it hasnt worked.

Win98 SE might be the problem (Its kind of old) BV was built with technology that did not exist back then. Even though it still works, results may vary.
