Locked out of FTP

Hi. This is Bonnie Gelb www.realtourassist4u.com
I am locked out of BLUEFTP I couldn't log onto my BlueFTP account so I have downloaded the 9.1 version. I still cannot log on. I keep getting the 530 login authentication failed message. I have not changed my login or code. I cannot log onto the control panel either. I am in serious trouble as I have clients that I must publish some info for immediately. Please help!!!

If you are on Voda Server 8 - there is maintenance taking place, it won't be long ... if you are not, please submit a support ticket so that Voda Staff can serve you better ....
