    website distortion problem weird occurrence

on my site, i now have links that work to go from page to page but it keeps getting distorted by moving the horizontal purple line up higher or lower than where it actually should be, it usually does it when you click "socks" or on "houseware" i tried making all the pages the same size but it hasnt seemed to help. im not sure what else to do. it also does it sometimes with accessories and winter accessories.

Yes, I do see what you mean ... are you using a template? And if so, are you using the exact template on every page - it appears to me that the header becomes thinner on those pages you refer to (socks & housewares) - perhaps you have two copies of it and have reduced one in size somehow??

In any case, you might be able to solve your problem if you start with a new fresh page .. insert your template and save it as your template, then start every page of your site with this very page, saving and naming it as the given page each time you add your content to it ..

Remember to begin building at the very top left, '800 wide, and choose "center in browser" on your page properties ...

If would also help if you used the same navigation bar throughout all the pages on your site ...

I would recommend putting the navigation bar on that template page, inserting all the links and then saving that as template. It will save you some work as you go along too. Having this as a starting page for each new page you create ..

I honestly do not know what else may be happening ..

An idea: check the size/height/placement of your banner. If you copied it from one page to another, reposition it. It appears that on the Socks page you have:
        <img src="5ee.gif" id="" alt="" align="top" border="5" width="936" height="640"
While on the correct pages you have:
        <img src="5ee.gif" id="" alt="" align="top" border="5" width="932" height="977"

Make your template with the essential information and use it for every new page. You can either "clone" new pages or load from the template.
