Need help to insert Java script

Hello BlueVoda,
I need to insert a java script in my home page www.daytradingshares.com.
I tried couple of times but the script is not running, please can you assist me to insert this code?
I have inserted the rectangle box where i need to place the code.
The code is as follows.

I am following the same procedure but the script is not running.
You can check the webpage www.daytradingshares.com. In the view source code you can see the javascript uploaded but its not running.
I am not getting how to trouble shoot this problem.
