Menu Bars/Buttons

OK, I downloaded the menu bar templates? How are these used? When I try opening these as an image... I then have to layer text on top and I can't seem to group them.

I thought this download would give me the option for more styles than just the 4 or 5 that is in there.

They are the exact same. There is not only 4 or 5, there are over 200 in there.

Yes but...

The 4 or 5 I'm talking about are "themes"! I have to keep copying and pasting the others and have to do extra aligning etc.

How can I just pick a theme and keep moving.

I have all the extra bars downloaded in a folder called "menu bars". The themes were already there in a folder called "menubar".
