What's the difference between 'publishing' and 'uploading'

Publishing is for BV pages. If you tried to upload a BV page it would either not work or look terrible as BV has been designed to work with Vodahost servers only via the publish button.
Uploading is for placing any type of file or software that can’t be placed on the server using a BV page. Like 3rd party software or maybe some spread sheets files. Even some photo/image shows require that you load upload the images separately to the server.
