Cannot publish because password wrong?

Alright i have everything ready but to publish it but when i do the screen pops up i put in the ip yes...the user name then.the PASSWORD, it wont work no matter what i do nither does the password change
I tried to put in the real pass but what do i get a error that says that i got it wrong
I tried to change it but it says after i do (this thread can not be displayed)
i don't know what to do from here if i can't fix this i can never make a website!?!

Yes i do have one but the big problem is that i can't change my pass nor log in the only thing is i was able to talk here because i had that remember me? thing on but it was gone 5 days later

if it is, the pass change wont work i get this thign that says that this thread cannot be displayed.
