Need help with submit button

Just made the contact us page but cant get the page to submit with the submit button or entering the info it doesnt go any where can any one help me with this thks in advance

The instructions in "Forms" tutorial are pretty clear if you do each itsy bitsy little step at a time and take each word 'literally' - follow exactly and it works like a charm. Good luck.
