    Index Page

When exiting my website (logging off) it will re-appear immediately following the first exit attempt necessitating a second exit routine. How do I stop that?

    Re: Index Page

For Bethers: This is a case of terminology. Sorry to confuse you. You're right about "logging off" computers, control panels, this site, etc. When I close my website index page, it will disappear from the screen and immediately, within ****seconds, the index page re-appears requiring a second "closing" routine.

      Re: Index Page

Sounds like a local issue- have you tried clearing all your temp internet files as well as cookies etc.....

Also- are you using IE7 or IE6 or some other browser?

Defintely sounds like an issue with your computer. I just opened your page, clicked the upper right x, and it closed that browser window, no problem (are you closing it some other way?)

For Andy128: Yessir! clear all undesirables once per week as advocated by NavalDesign. Am using XP - don't know what IE6 or IE7 is, so can't help you out there.
For Bethers: The webpage closes ok when no other page has been opened on the website. It happens only when other pages are opened/closed before closing the index page. I'm new at this game and perhaps I tend to omit stuff that, to me, doesn't appear relevant. Please accept my apologies for the odd (and becoming more frequent) Senior Moments!!
