starting to publish

On trying to access the my control panel on the links provided by the welcome email i get 'Connection refused' from one link and the other one says 'page not found'. Any Ideas????

It's basically the link you get in the welcome email so that you can administer your web page

just to add, I have hit the publish button within BlueVoda and it says has published fine but when i go to my page via web it still says 'Coming Soon'??
Does it take a while to show up???

OK GOOD...their is an issue with the domain name you selected. We have sent you
