I Need Help Setting Up FTP

Aloha - I am trying to upload for the first time. I sent in a support ticket and I got the correct IP but when I click connect the IP number isnt in the dropdown menu. Support sent me this IP: 75.126.169.142 but all I have in my dropdown is IP: 75.126.169.141. Where do I access the correct IP so I can upload? Do I need to set up something in CPanel??? Thanks all.

Download the newest version of BV 9.1c again. Your IP # will appear.
