HELP lost password

I have been unable to submit a ticket since I changed computers as I have forgotten my passwords for both publishing and for cpanel. How can I get these reissued to me. I changed computers and now realize I forgot my info.

I am trying to correct the errors on the web page since my computer change.

I have done this and it sent me the name and password for the help dest not for publishing and to enter my cpanel.

What do I need to do?
