How come the paypal button subsription is not working on my site here`s the link when you click on it the first one on the page

If you tried reinserting and applying the links again and it still doesn't work, someone in coding may come along and assist you further.

Delete it completely and redo it, there is no reason why your other ones will work and this one does not. Create it from scratch. Do not copy and paste annd edit another button.
