Scroll to the top of this page and you will see "Home" or "Take A Tour".
Click on take a tour and scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find "Site Map" next to the last word on the right which is Testimonials.

That is how VH does it.

You can also do a search for "ROR Sitemap" on google and generate a free sitemap from there. Simply follow the instructions.
