I'm sure there at least a couple website builders designed for mac os that will allow you to build a website without knowledge of html.

If you want to take a slightly more difficult route, html is a universal programming language. You can type it out on any system, and upload to the web server. All you will need is a text editor and a ftp. (im sure safari has a built in ftp feature if you don't want to find one). HTML is a very simple language to learn, if you have extra time to learn it I'm sure you will be happier with a website that is hand coded then one that you build with a website builder (downside is it will take time to learn, and a longer time to code then to drag and drop things)

Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
