Transferring file to Cpanel

Can anyone teach me how to transfer all files to Cpanel? Like Css styles, etc.. I'm using Dreamweaver.

Is there no need to do something on my html dreamweaver files, just download it on the BV FTP program? Do i neede to include my css styles then? Is it like BV that I have to instore my files acccording its path? Im sorry that i have a lots of questions.. Hope you can answer these questions as soon as possible?
