amber alert

I'm trying to add an amber alert ticker to my index page but can't seem to find the right "script" that will accept the code. The amber code says it's a java script which has a few sentences to cut and paste but the java on blue voda doesn't accept it. I have tried all the ones listed on the left of the site builder but none of them accept the script. Am I missing something? I have read the tutorial that's how I know the ticker can be added. Any ideas?? thanks! www.codeamber.org
