Ok I'm feeling really stupid asking this, the site that I'm making my second page is called Forums, it is "supposed" to look generally like these forums.. however I'm not finding a tutorial on how to do them.. do I have to do them piece by piece or is there some way to download them as a whole and just tweek them to my needs?

You dont make a page called forum. You add a forum script to your website.
1) Log into your cpanel
2) click fantastico " the blue smiley face"
3) Install the phpBB forum
