Can I get my own pages from CPanel?

Is there anyway that I can download my pages from CPanel to my computer. I appear to have earlier versions of my pages on my computer that are loaded on the web.

You can download files from your website using a FTP program. You can upload files to your website with the file manager in cPanel, but you can't download
