Hi. I registered and bought a website and host about 48 hours ago. Im not quite sure wht the 'Welcome Email' is that apparently contains all the details about how to publish my website...However when i try and publish, it asks for the server IP. In the email i was sent with all the IP's, codes and passwords there was no server IP. I am quite confused, was this email with all the username, password etc stuff the welcome email? Thanks

Re: Help with IP
Hi, I downloaded the latest version, but all the Server I.P's that Blue Voda give,,the first two numbers are in the seventies...70, 74 and 75. There is not a number on the email with my username, password, my IP, etc. etc. that begins with 70, 74 or 75. So i am lost.

It isn't just the latest version of BV by version number we are talking about - you need to download and reinstall AFTER you get your welcome email.
Nearly daily (okay maybe not that often) new IPs are added, so even if you have the latest version by name, you may not have version with all the latest IPs? make sense?
