Where doi find my ISP Tag

ok my domain advarntek.co.uk is on 123reg.co.uk at the moment i have used you support system and it say all i need to stat the transfer is change my ISP tag. on mt 123reg CP it has a box to change my domains ISP tag but the things is im not sure what to enter.
when i registers i was sent the email with the number but what do i need.

ok i have entered it and it say i will take upto 24hours for changes to take effect

what doi do know ******d 123reg (the old place of the domain) and they say i have to tell you to pull it away from 123reg and to vodahost
