Im trying to create a page called "Free Estimates. A customer enters name, address, Phone And a comment block. Submits it and it goes to my E-mail.

CLICK HERE to access Naval Designs Advanced Form. It is the best, but make sure you follow the instructions. I use it on my site and works like a charm!
