Desperately seeking advice on RSS setup

Hi Voda Folks:

I'm now ready to launch (Well, I have a file that's ready - but I'm not) a Podcast series and can't for the life of me figure out the in's and out's of the different Podcast directories' html scripts to accomplish the RSS business.

Is there anyone out there who has already "gone thru this passage" who can offer concrete advice. I have loads of "How To's" printed out, but my fill in the blanks - are not filling the requirements. (For example: Yahoo, iTunes, and Podcast Alley so far.)

IMy Podcast page is resident in Blue Voda. Was just hoping someone in here could tell me what to do from a "been there, done that" perspective.

Time is so precious right now. I just had to finally ask for help!
