problem geting information from form

Hello Please am building my website but and i want to make the register page and the login pAGE on my website but i need help on how to receive the information when they fill in it.....and also how do i use the control panel do i need to pay to gain access to it or what?

You can click control panel at the bottom of your Blue Voda page. It will take you to a page with IP addresses. Click on your IP address.

The register page will need a form. Look at the tutorials to find out how to hook it up. http://www.vodahost.com/tut_bluevoda.htm If you can't figure it out, post here again.
