help connecting to BV database( on BV and 3rd party)

Hi,
I'm having trouble connecting my form( ABVFP) and a 3rd party mysql database to the bluevoda databases.

the info I am putting in goes like this:

host- localhost

username- BVname_created name

password- created one

database- BVname_created database name

I think I am putting all the information in correctly but every time a message says something like 'could not connect'

Any one got any ideas on what I should do?
