Adding an Autoresponder Script

I Tried to post this this morning but it doesn't seem to be her so I'll ask again

Can anyone tell me if its possible to Install

autoresponderunlimmited on my vodahost site

System requirements are

* Unix Operating system
*Perl5 Interpreter
*sendmail
*works without cron jobs
*Your own cgi-bin Directory

I have Done everything in the User guide,change the cgi,Permmisions, uploaded the activation page etc; etc;

but stillending up on error page
