park wrapper" response and mixed up DNS names at VODAhost

I need your help! The vodahost support desk somehow cannot help me any further..
I hope someone in the forum can.

I was migrated from VODA3 to VODA8 sometime ago. And my domains were available on both servers. I can't adjust my nameservers to the new DNS of VODA8. It gives an error.

Until tonight the problem wasn't to big because my domains were still available via the old DNS and old VODA3 .
But tonight I was helped by the helpdesk (the helpdesk cleaned the old server content to which the old DNS was pointing) with the result that all my websites that were migrated aren't visible anymore.
That was all he could do. I have a huge problem now.

2 different symptoms of the problem.

1. I cannot change my DNS (I get an error) to my main domainname. (NS3 and NS4 to NS13 and NS14)
2. I cannot re-add an OLD addon domain. (I thought maybe making a fresh start would help.) I deleted my addon domain file " randamit" and tried to install it again via the cpanel. But that resulted in a park wrapper error.

At this moment my sites cannot be seen anymore.

Adding the addon domain " randamit"

randamit.nl could not be setup. So also the DNS chnage to the subdomain randamit.nl is not possible. (no domain -> no DNS change possible)
