Why my web site looks diferent in Fire Fox than I Explorer .

They are two different browsers made by different developers. Web sites might sometimes look different in the different browsers. That is why it's always a good idea to test your website in both and tweak / make small adjustments to cater for both. My website also looks slightly different, but not major, so I'm just leaving it as is (only the table borders effected).
